30 hours of Ohio REQUIRED Continuing Education

30 hours of Ohio Real Estate Continuing Education must be completed by all Broker and Sales licensees every three years in order to renew their Ohio Real Estate license.
As a part of the 30 hours, licensees must complete 9 hours of Ohio Core real estate courses. This package includes all required core and elective courses to renew your license.

Course completion certificate
All online courses include unit exams, however require a 0% passing score per Ohio state rules.
Upon course completion, certificates of completion are available for printing and are to be mailed to the OH Division of Real Estate with your renewal and compliance form. Forms and certificates must be postmarked no later than midnight of your birthday/renewal date.
